Jennie began playing with the Finch Windmill which is a tool for arm strengthening and conditioning when she was 10 years old. As a high schooler, she threw six no-hitters and thirteen perfect games. After graduation, she attended the University of Arizona and was recognized as a three-time All American pitcher as well as a first-baseman. She also earned the Honda Award as the nation's top softball player of 2001 after the Wildcats took home the title of national champions and again in 2002, she won the national title. The Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball team (WWAST) goal is to increase awareness via the sport of exhibitions and games with celebrities of the sacrifices and resilience of our military and highlight their capability to conquer every challenge.
